Covid-19 : Le MRIC lance un appel à propositions spécial pour des projets innovants accélérés

Research and Innovation Council (MRIC) lance un appel à propositions
spécial pour des projets innovants accélérés visant à contrer les effets du
Covid-19. Les parties intéressées ont jusqu’au vendredi 17 avril 2020 à 14
heures pour soumettre leur proposition.

Cette initiative vise à développer et accélérer la production ainsi que l’adaptation
de techno​logies et de services qui aideront les autorités sanitaires dans leurs
travaux tout en contribuant au déploiement de mesures de protection face à
l’épidémie du Covid-19.

Le MRIC intensifie ses efforts sur le plan national pour soutenir le
gouvernement à contenir tous les risques du Covid-19. A cet effet, des fonds ont
été réservés pour encourager les entrepreneurs, les universitaires, les
chercheurs, les entreprises, et les start-up à mettre en œuvre des projets à
court et moyen termes qui peuvent contribuer à améliorer et accélérer les
efforts du gouvernement face aux défis de la pandémie.

Les principales priorités de cet appel à propositions spécial sont de
développer des contre-mesures innovantes et durables pour atténuer les impacts
directs et indirects du virus, ainsi que de stimuler la volonté des entreprises
à contribuer dans la lutte contre le Covid-19.

Les projets susceptibles d’être financés dans le cadre de cet appel spécial
peuvent s’appuyer sur les infrastructures, les capacités, et les réseaux
existants avec des partenaires locaux. Le soutien apporté dans le cadre de cet
appel à propositions spécial est ciblé sur deux fronts, à savoir, les produits
et services basés sur la technologie ; et les mesures sociales et politiques. Le
montant maximum par subvention, étalé sur 3 à 9 mois, est de Rs 2 millions et Rs
1 million respectivement.

L’appel à propositions spécial est ouvert aux citoyens de Maurice, de
Rodrigues et les autres îles du territoire mauricien. Les parties intéressées
