Covid-19 : Le PM rencontre les représentants des fédérations syndicales

GIS  – 14 mai 2020 : Une réunion entre le Covid-19 : Konversas​yon Solider Collective, un mouvement qui regroupe plusieurs confédérations syndicales, et le Premier ministre, ministre de la Défense, de l’Intérieur, et des Communications extérieures, ministre de Rodrigues, des Iles éparses et de l’Intégrité territoriale, M. Pravind Kumar Jugnauth, s’est tenue hier en début de soirée au Bâtiment du Trésor, à Port Louis.

 

Les discussions ont porté sur les deux projets de loi notamment le Covid-19 (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill et le Quarantine Bill qui ont été présentés aujourd’hui à l’Assemblée nationale.

 

Etaient également présents lors de cette rencontre, le ministre des Finances, de la Planification et du Développement économiques, Dr Renganaden Padayachy ; l’Attorney General et ministre de l’Agro-industrie et de la Sécurité alimentaire, M. Maneesh Gobin ; et le ministre du Travail, du Développement des Ressources humaines, et de la Formation, M. Soodesh Callichurn.

 

Le collectif syndical a, par ailleurs, remis une lettre au Premier ministre pour faire part des préoccupations des travailleurs sur les deux projets de loi.
